losing weight, one step at a time :)

I lost 13lbs thanks to my dash showing me skinny people and yummy veggies with exercise routines, but then put it all back on plus more, and am now unhappier than every with my body podge.


    I will slim back down. I will get my belly flat and my bum tighter. I will eat healthily without scoffing 7 choc chip biscuits right before bed :( I will run more, go to exercise classes, walk places. I hate having this belly.
