okay, so this was like three weks ago, but i havent been active on tumblr damn.
Did it in 1hour 1minute, and jogged the whole way, which i am proud of because my runs are usually 30mins max, and i thought i’d have to give up and walk some parts of it. I think the competition between myself and my friend doing it with me, neither of us wanting to be the first to admit we wanted to stop and walk for a rest, drove us both on. We’re good together like that
Urghhhh 10lbs heavier than when I started this blog, i’m currently at 141lbs. I guess that’s what happens when you are eating catered meal portions at university :(
Gonna get at AT LEAST down to my ‘starting’ weight of 130lbs by the time I go back to uni, I was at 128lbs when I took my display picture for tumblr, just to give you an idea.
I’m running a 10k race for life in about a month, so I’m trying to run regularly, and have just persuaded my guy friend to come on a long walk with me and his dog after my run tomorrow. I do enough regular exercise, just gotta stop with the over eating now grrr :(
